Jumping[1] is one of Banjo and Kazooie's most commonly used moves, allowing them to reach higher spots and evade threats.

History

Banjo-Kazooie

In Banjo-Kazooie, the jump is one of the few moves Banjo and Kazooie don't learn from Bottles. It is performed by pressing A Button, with the duo going higher the longer the button is held.

Banjo-Tooie

In Banjo-Tooie, Banjo and Kazooie start the game already knowing how to jump. It is performed the same way as previously, by pressing A Button and making the jump last longer by holding the button.

Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge

In Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, much like in previous entries, Banjo and Kazoois start the game already knowing how to jump. It is performed by pressing A Button, and holding the button no longer changes how high the jump goes.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, the jump is one of the few moves Banjo and Kazooie retain. It is performed by pressing A Button, with the height depending on how long the button is held.
