Kazooie, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

Turbo Trainers[1][2][3], formerly known as Running Shoes[4][5], are a recurring item in the Banjo-Kazooie series.

Location and uses[edit]

Turbo Trainers are shoes that, when worn by Kazooie, allow her to use the Turbo Talon Trot and run at high speeds for a limited amount of time.

Banjo-Kazooie[edit]

In Banjo-Kazooie, their first appearance, Bottles teaches Kazooie how to use the Turbo Talon Trot in Gobi's Valley. When worn, the Turbo Trainers last for about 10 seconds. They can be also be worn by Crocodile Banjo in Bubblegloop Swamp.

Banjo-Tooie[edit]

In Banjo-Tooie, the Turbo Trainers return and work much like they did in the previous game.

Banjo-Pilot[edit]

In Banjo-Pilot, Turbo Trainers appear as an item. When used, they give the racer a short speed boost.
