Mr. Fit first appears in Banjo-Tooie, in the world Cloud Cuckooland. Here, he challenges Banjo and Kazooie to three sporting events. The first event is to leap over a pole, which he somehow set his best high jump on. Since the pole is so high, the two will have to use Springy Step Shoes to make the leap over the pole, landing on a red jelly. Distraught, Mr. Fit invites the duo to the next event.
In Banjo-Tooie, his first appearance, Mr. Fit can be encountered in Cloud Cuckooland, where he challenges Banjo and Kazooie to the "Cuckoo Olympics", a collection of three events and says that, if they win, he will give them his "fitness gold medal." The first challenge is to jump over Mr. Fit's best score in a a tall bar, which can be done by using the Springy Step Shoes.

In the second event, Mr. Fit challenges the two to a sack race over a path of thorns. Banjo will have to Split-up and return alone with the Sack Pack. There's a shortcut he can take to quickly get to the finish line. Confidence lost, Mr. Fit will go to the last event.
In the event 2, Mr. Fit challenges the duo to sack race over a "thorny course." To win it, Banjo needs to Split-Up and use the Sack Pack. While the easiest way to reach the finish line first is to take the shortcut, winning through the main path is still possible.

In the third and final event, Mr. Fit holds a footrace. The only problem is that he's too fast for Banjo or Kazooie to beat, so Kazooie will have to use Split-up and return with the Turbo Trainers, or use the SUPERBANJO cheat and do Kazooie alone, or the duo with Turbo Trainers. When she reaches the finish first, Mr. Fit will admit defeat and give the duo a Jiggy.
In the third and last event, Mr. Fit challenges the two to a footrace. As he is very fast, Kazooie needs to Split-Up and wear the Turbo Trainers in order to win (although using the SUPERBANJO cheat code is also possible). Once the race is won, Mr. Fit will claim he "can't believe [he] was beaten by a bag of feathers" and give the duo his medal, then go to the gym to train for the next season.

Mr. Fit returns in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. His role has been expanded since the previous game, as he is in several game worlds and gives many Jiggies. He appears in Nutty Acres, Banjoland and Jiggoseum.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Mr. Fit reappears with a much bigger role than previously, hosting challenges in various worlds. In Showdown Town, he can be found running through the city in a set path. In the instances that he stops, Mr. Fit will offer the duo a Trapdoor Tower combination in order to get enough money to "buy new sneakers."

Showdown Town
In Nutty Acres, Mr. Fit plays "The Other Farmhand." In Act 4, he hosts the challenge "Fighting Fit," where asks to be escorted while he jogs around the island. In Act 5, he hosts the challenge "Farmhand of the Year," where Banjo and Kazooie need to collect many coconuts. In Act 6, he hosts the challenge "Makin' Waves," where he hosts a water race against the farm's staff.
Mr. Fit runs around Showdown Town in a set path. When he stops, he offers you a Trapdoor Tower combination so he can buy new sneakers. It is possible to catch him without the trolley, as the player runs about 5% faster than him. He still wears his purple track suit.

Nutty Acres
In Banjoland, Mr. Fit plays "The Meet 'n' Greeter." In Act 2, he hosts the challenge "The Referee's An Aardvark," where Banjo and Kazooie need to get the footballs inside the Targitzan exhibit in the goal. In Act 3, he hosts the challenge "Get Protected," where he needs the museum's security cameras to be turned on as Klungo forgot to do that when leaving. In Act 5, he hosts the challenge "Checkpoint Charlies," where Banjo and Kazooie need to drive the L.O.G. Gobi around the Game World. In Act 6, he hosts the challenge "Baa For the Course," where the duo needs to play a round of "sheep golf" to remove an Inflatable Sheep from Banjoland.
Mr. Fit acts as a mechanic on the farm and seems to be only one besides Humba that does their job. He wears a green suit in this world but the pants are muddy. He hosts challenges in Acts 4, 5 and 6. He first needs protection on his jog around the island, then he challenges Banjo to gather more coconuts than him. In the final act, he hosts a water race against the entire farm staff. Fit is still a braggart in this world, although is also paranoid about the Gruntbots. He has a rivalry with Trophy Thomas, as the two compete for Farmhand of the Year Award.

Banjoland
In Jiggoseum, Mr. Fit plays "The Perky Challenger." In Act 1, he hosts the challenge "Unhappy Landings," where Banjo and Kazooie must beat his "long jump challenge." In Act 3, he hosts the challenge "Brown Bears Can't Jump," where a number of basketballs need to be thrown through a giant hoop.
Mr. Fit appears here as a greeter, even though he is never seen at the front door. He instead waits at the kickball field. He wears a green jumpsuit with a small Jiggy on it in this world. He hosts challenges in Acts 2, 3, 5, and 6. He first challenges the bear and bird to kick soccer balls into a goal. Then he needs Banjo to turn the security cameras on for the night. After that he wants Banjo to drive a Gobi vehicle around the museum. lastly, he needs Banjo to play golf with a round sheep. He continues his paranoid tendencies because he is afraid of Banjoland at night. He likes his job but is never actually seen doing it, probably because no one ever visits Banjoland.

Jiggoseum
In L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges, Mr. Fit plays "The High-Tech Infiltrator." In Act 1, he hosts the challenge "Hoop Scoop," where Banjo and Kazooie need to carry a basketball through various hoops in order to beat his high score.
Mr. Fit is another competitor in this world. He wears a white track jacket and shorts that have the British flag on them. He returns to his competietive self as he has another rivalry with T.T. he hosts challenges in Acts 1 and 3. He first challenges you to a long jump challenge. After that he wants you shoot basketballs through a hoop. He also appears as another racer in Trophy Thomas' races.
