It is initially dormant, buried into the ground with the only body part visible being his head. However, he can be awakened with [[Mumbo Jumbo]]'s [[Summon]] [[spell]], granting control over the statue for seventy-five seconds. While being controlled, the Golden Goliath can perform a powerful kick and do a short jump, with the latter being mostly used to simply get through small stair steps near the world's entrance and exit. Banjo-TooieEdit
In Banjo-Tooie, the Golden Goliath can be found in the Mayahem Temple, near the Mayan Kickball Tournament. It is initially dormant, buried into the ground with the only body part visible being his head. However, he can be awakened with Mumbo Jumbo's Summon spell, granting control over the statue for seventy-five seconds. While being controlled, the Golden Goliath can perform a powerful kick and do a short jump, with the latter being mostly used to simply get through small stair steps near the world's entrance and exit. Many enemies, such as the Moggies, will run away from the Golden Goliath when he gets near them.
With his kick, the Golden Goliath is capable of destroying Sput Sputs and large boulders. It can also open ways to the Code Chamber, Prison Compound and Jade Snake Grove, making them accessible for Banjo and Kazooie. The latter also has a Jiggy inside only obtainable with the Golden Goliath, as he is one of the few characters to be able to safely get across quicksand.
