Cheato Pages are a recurring item in the Banjo-Kazooie series.
Location and uses[edit]
Cheato Pages are the lost pages of the spellbook, Cheato.
Banjo-Tooie[edit]
In Banjo-Tooie, Gruntilda ripped out most of Cheato's pages for helping Banjo and Kazooie in the first game. A total of 25 Cheato Pages had been ripped out of Cheato and scattered across the Isle o' Hags. There are three Cheato Pages in each of the eight main levels and one Cheato Page at Spiral Mountain.
For every five Cheato Pages that Banjo and Kazooie return, Cheato reveals a code which can be entered in Mayahem Temple's Code Chamber. Cheato reveals a total of five codes:
- FEATHERS - Doubles the maximum number of Red Feathers and Golden Feathers that can be carried.
- EGGS - Doubles the maximum number of every type of egg that can be carried.
- FALLPROOF - Protects Banjo, Kazooie, and Mumbo Jumbo from taking damage if they fall.
- HONEYBACK - Automatically regenerates Banjo and Kazooie's health bar.
- JUKEBOX - Repairs the jukebox in Jolly's.
