In Banjo-Tooie, Jamjars teaches Banjo and Kazooie how to use the Bill Drill in Glitter Gulch Mine, being performed by by jumping with the button and then holding the button.
Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge
In Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, the Bill Drill replaces the Beak Buster completely. It is mostly used to open crevices or shake trees and statues down to cause the items atop them to fall.
The move is teached by Bozzeye in Bad Magic Bayou for 170 Musical Notes, being performed by pressing after jumping.
