'''Grenade Eggs''' are explosive green [[eggs]] in ''[[Banjo-Tooie]]''. [[Jamjars]] teaches [[Kazooie]] how to use them from the [[Isle o' Hags#Pine Grove|Pine Grove]]. Only 25 of these eggs can be carried (unless the "EGGS" cheat is activated, which raises the maximum to 50) and Kazooie must pause in between each firing (as opposed to [[Blue Eggs]], which allow three to be fired in quick succession), but they are one of the most powerful types of eggs (tied only by [[Clockwork Kazooie Eggs]]) and arguably the most useful in the game.

Grenade Eggs are a recurring item in the Banjo-Kazooie series.

Banjo-Tooie[edit]

In Banjo-Tooie, Jamjars teaches Kazooie to use Grenade Eggs in the Isle O' Hags' Pine Grove if the duo has at least 110 Musical Notes. When Kazooie fires a Grenade Egg, it explodes upon impact. Grenade Eggs can defeat most enemies including stronger ones such as the Sput Sputs and Fruities, even from the resulting blast. Grenade Eggs can also destroy rock barriers and breakable walls. Banjo and Kazooie must avoid using the Grenade Eggs in close range, else the resulting explosion damages and sends them flying backward. Kazooie can only fire one Grenade Egg at a time, unlike Blue Eggs where three can be fired in succession. The duo can carry up to 25 Grenade Eggs, although the "EGGS" cheat doubles the maximum to 50.

Nuts & Bolts[edit]

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Grenade Eggs can be fired from the Grenade Gun and Grenade Turret vehicle parts.
