Salty Joe's fries. The taste-free greasy alternative to a decent meal.”
Informational Signpost, Banjo-Tooie

Fries are an item in Banjo-Tooie.

Location and uses[edit]

Banjo-Tooie[edit]

In Banjo-Tooie, fries can be acquired by talking to Salty Joe at his stand in Witchyworld. They are described as a tasteless, greasy, limp "alternative to a decent meal." His stand will be initially closed, but can be opened by pressing a switch behind it. Similarly to Big Al's burgers, Banjo and Kazooie need to leave the world and come back in order to obtain more.

The fries can be given to both Soggy with the purpose of making her go back to her mother and to the hungry Oogle Boogles in Terrydactyland.

Banjo-Pilot[edit]

In Banjo-Pilot, while the fries themselves are absent, Salty Joe's stand that was designed after them can be seen in the background of the Witchyworld course.
