Guffo is a recurring character in the Banjo-Kazooie series.
Biography[edit]
Guffo is sentient can of "Guff" beans who lives inside a trash can. He was made by a corporation named "Chimps," as seen in his label.
Banjo-Tooie[edit]
In Banjo-Tooie, Guffo is found inside his trash can in Cloud Cuckooland. When Kazooie enters his home, Guffo happily welcomes her and asks for help, as he is facing eviction from his bin by the Health and Hygiene Department due to the large number of germs in it, and needs to get rid of them so he can continue living in there.
To help Guffo, Kazooie plays a mini-game where she needs to eliminate 50 points worth of germs by Wing Whacking them. Red germs give 1 point, green germs give 2 points and blue germs give 3 points. Once the goal is reached, Guffo rewards her with a Jiggy, celebrating he will get to keep his "lovely trash can."
Nuts & Bolts[edit]
In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, a can of Guff beans appears as litter next to his Rubbish Bin in Banjoland, although lacking eyes. Portraits of Guffo himself in Banjo-Tooie can also be found throughout the museum.
Other appearances[edit]
In Grabbed by the Ghoulies, boxes of "'Guffo' Baked Beans" can be found in certain rooms of Ghoulhaven Hall.
