The Code Chamber is a location in Banjo-Tooie.
Features and overview[edit]
The Code Chamber is an area found within Mayahem Temple. It is where Banjo and Kazooie can enter cheat codes learned from Cheato, working much like the Sandcastle in Banjo-Kazooie. While it is initially blocked, the stone door can be destroyed with the Golden Goliath's kicks or by firing a Grenade Egg.
Inside the Code Chamber, a wall with tiles containing letters can be found. Eggs need to be fired at them while aiming in a platform to enter the cheat codes. Two Moggies can also be found. They can be used to quickly test activated cheat codes, such as "SUPERBADDY" or "HONEYKING."
Using any cheat not given by Cheato, or entering "CHEATO" and the code backwards, disables saving and erases the leaderboard status in the Xbox Live Arcade release of Banjo-Tooie.
