Toxic Gas Caves are areas in the Glitter Gulch Mine world of Banjo-Tooie. There are two of them in total, with Banjo and Kazooie slowly losing oxygen bubbles in both.
In the first one is found near a waterfall, containing various boulders inside. These can be broken with the Bill Drill to reveal Jinjo in one of them. There is also a signpost inside the room that hints at the Crushing Shed's functionality.
The other one is found next to Wumba's Wigwam and is initially blocked by a pile of rocks which can be exploded with Detonator Banjo. It contains various items and a cage, where Canary Mary can be found inside. She tells of how she once had a job of going down to Glitter Gulch Mine to check for poisonous gas.
