Speccy is one of Bottles and Mrs. Bottles' two children. He wears orange pants, white sneakers, and a white cap with the number 7 on it. Like the rest of his family, Speccy wears a pair of goggles, although his is yellow.

Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, Speccy can be found in his bedroom in Bottles' House, playing with a toy airplane .When Banjo and Kazooie talk to him, he tells them that he is a fan of the Mayan Kickball Tournament.
