Blubber's Waveracer Hire is a shop found in the Town Center of Jolly Roger's Lagoon in Banjo-Tooie. It is a waveracer hire owned by Captain Blubber, and is where he is found in the game. When interacted with, he explains that his business hasn't been going well, as his waveracers were all shipwrecked and the last one was eaten by a big fish.
