A '''Billy Bob''' is a strong-armed enemy found throughout the many caverns of [[Glitter Gulch Mine]]. These cowboy-baddies hide buried in the ground with only their hats visible and spring up with a characteristic "''Yee-haw!''" to attack [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]]. Fortunately, they are not remarkably sturdy or speedy, so they can easily be defeated or simply outrun. If not defeated and left alone, Billy Bob's will "Dig" back into the ground, awaiting Banjo and Kazooie to approach him again.

*A fun thing to try is when the Billy Bob hides under the ground and only its hat is visible, blast the hat with a [[Grenade Egg]]. It results in a humorous moment as the cowboy flies out of the ground screaming.

*Since Glitter Gulch Mine was originally supposed to be in Banjo-Kazooie, it can be assumed that Billy Bob was also an enemy intended for Banjo-Kazooie, since he hides under the ground in an attempt to resemble Bottle's old mole hills, thus luring the player into a trap. This stratagy, however, no longer works since Jam-Jars took over for move teaching in Banjo-Tooie, using metal silos unlike Bottles' mole hills.

Billy Bobs are an enemy in Banjo-Tooie.

Characteristics[edit]

Billy Bobs are green, cowboy-like enemies initially buried in the ground and pop out to attack once Banjo and Kazooie get close. Despite that, Billy Bobs can be easily defeated with attacks such as the Rat-a-tat Rap or alternatively be knocked out with eggs even while still hiding. Billy Bobs only appear in Glitter Gulch Mine.
