Speccy is one of Bottles and Mrs. Bottles' two children. He wears orange pants, white sneakers, and a white cap with the number 7 on it. Like the rest of his family, Speccy wears a pair of goggles, although his is yellow.
History
Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, Speccy can be found in his bedroom in Bottles' House, playing with a toy airplane .When Banjo and Kazooie talk to him, he tells them that he is a fan of the Mayan Kickball Tournament. Speccy also says that he is looking forward to participating in the tournament with his dad the following week.
Other appearances
In Grabbed by the Ghoulies, a picture of Speccy can be seen in the Dunfiddlin Cottage room of Ghoulhaven Hall.
