Minions^[1] are small, green enemies found throughout Spiral Mountain and the various areas of the Isle O' Hags in Banjo-Tooie. They serve as successors to the Gruntlings who first appeared in Banjo-Kazooie.

A Minion chasing Banjo in Spiral Mountain in Banjo-Tooie

When Banjo and Kazooie walk past them, Minions will immediately attack the duo by hitting the ground with their fists. They can be defeated by mostly any attack due to their low health.

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, a Stop 'n' Swop blueprint based off on the Minions, named "Gruntling," can be obtained.
