This transformation's main use is to climb steep slopes that even the [[Talon Trot]] ability cannot climb. Its main usage is to climb to the top of [[Ticker's Tower]] to collect a [[Jiggy]], and to collect the [[Witch Switch]] Jiggy on top of the world's entrance in Gruntilda's Lair. In addition, Termite Banjo sinks to the bottom of any bodies of water and does not require oxygen to breathe. It can also allow you to fall from higher place without suffering from fall damage.

Termite Banjo is the transformation of Mumbo's Mountain, and using it requires the use of five Mumbo Tokens.

It turns Banjo and Kazooie into the Ticker enemy, while keeping Banjo's backpack and yellow shorts intact. Its main use is to walk on slopes so steep that Kazooie cannot even climb them with her Talon Trot, such as the ones in Ticker's Tower or the mountain in the world's entrance in Gruntilda's Lair, but it can also be used to walk on water without losing oxygen and fall off high places without receiving damage.
