'''Bottles' Moving Picture Game''' is a mini-game in ''[[Banjo-Kazooie]]''.

Once the game initiates, the game board, a moving picture of a scene from Banjo-Kazooie, splits into 20 jigsaw pieces which scatter themselves around the edge of the board, leaving a black and white moving picture in their place. The object of the game is to direct Banjo's hand to pick up the pieces and place them in their original positions within the time limit using the black and white base as a guide. There are six rounds, as well as a special secret round that is accessed like the others. From round three on, some pieces will rotate themselves as they scatter and must be rotated back into position using {{C-left}} and {{C-right}}. Each round gets progressively harder than the last, having shorter time limits, less contrast within the image, and more pieces which must be rotated. After each round, Bottles will reward the pair with a [[Cheat Codes|code]] which can be entered on the Sandcastle floor for hilarious results (transformations).

*This puzzle is used for Banjo-Tooie.
*If you view the picture before going to Treasure Trove Cove, Kazooie will call Bottles "Barrel Boy". A line meant for Donkey Kong. Making a possibility that at one point in making the game, Donkey Kong was going to have the role that was eventaully given to Bottles, or at least that Donkey Kong would at least be tied down to the portait puzzle.

Bottles' Moving Picture Game is a mini-game in Banjo-Kazooie.

Location and rules[edit]

It can be played by looking at Bottles' portrait inside Banjo's House with Camera up Button after obtaining the Jiggy in Treasure Trove Cove's Sandcastle. During the game, a moving picture of Banjo and Kazooie walking around some location of the game is displayed, and Jiggies need to be placed in the right spots in a limited amount of time to complete the puzzle. There are six pictures and a special one after them all, with Bottles rewarding the duo with cheat codes every time they complete a picture.

In the Xbox Live Arcade port of Banjo-Kazooie, an achievement is won after completing every picture.

Trivia[edit]

  • It is possible that the host of Bottles' Moving Picture Game was originally meant to be Donkey Kong, as early screenshots show a portrait of him was originally in Banjo's House and Kazooie calls Bottles "Barrel Boy" if the duo attempts to play before getting the Jiggy in the Sandcastle.
