Snippets are large, green crabs with a pink underbelly. They are enemies in Banjo-Kazooie, mostly found at Treasure Trove Cove, but also appear in Clanker's Cavern and Gruntilda's Lair.
Like most enemies, Snippets try to attack Banjo when he is nearby. Snippets move by sidestepping toward Banjo, snapping their claws. If Banjo and Kazooie perform a Forward Roll at a Snippet or shoot an egg at it, that Snippet falls onto its back.
