Rubee is a snake charmer who appears in Gobi's Valley of Banjo-Kazooie. He wears an yellowish turban with a green gem and sits with his pet Toots in one of the pyramids. He is also known for his strange "Buda Buda" voice.

He will provide his services to Banjo and Kazooie in exchange for a donation, which the duo can offer by dropping five Blue Eggs into a small bowl which circles a basket in the middle of the room. Once this has been done, Rubee will play his pipe and charm Histup the snake out of its basket so that Banjo may climb its neck to reach the Jiggy near the ceiling.
