Rubee is a snake charmer who appears in Gobi's Valley of Banjo-Kazooie. He wears an yellowish turban with a green gem. Rubee is found sitting with his pet Toots inside a pyramid next to Jinxy. While talking, Rubee makes a "buda buda" sound.
In the room with Rubee, there is a Jiggy near the ceiling. Rubee asks Kazooie to drop five Blue Eggs into a small bowl circling around a basket in the center of the room.
