The Mr. Drippy Cone is a special item in Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge. After defeating all the Maggie Birds, Alfred P. Cock rewards Banjo and Kazooie with the cone, which comes with a free squirt of raspberry juice. It can then be given to a Squit, who will go back to his mother after receiving it.
