Old King Coal

Not the "merry old soul" you're used to, which he show by saying "Pretty soon you'll be feeling me merry old sole on your head." Old King Coal is essentially a gigantic living pile of coal inhabiting the boiler of Chuffy the train, initially located in Glitter Gulch Mine. He is possessive of his train and thinks a curious Banjo is attempting to steal it. After a traditional exchange of lines, he proceeds to attack Banjo and Kazooie.

Old King Coal will lumber around the room in an attempt to hit Banjo and Kazooie. His body has no particular weak points and he can be hit with just about any attack. After taking a certain amount of damage, his right arm will crumble and fall off, making him a bit lighter and quicker, and progressively losing more body parts as he takes more damage. From the moment he loses his first arm, Old King Coal will periodically turn up the heat inside the boiler, making the floor dangerous to walk on and filling the air with suffocating smoke; pieces of debris amidst the sea of hot coals will offer protection against the heat until it wears off (he can't touch them when they stand on those either), but once King Coal is down to his last few body parts, the boiler will remain heated indefinitely until he has been defeated, making a quick kill imperative to avoid suffocating.

While it may be faster to chase Old King Coal and peck him, it may be safer to stay back on the debris and pelt him with eggs, which will still quickly kill him. It should be noted that he is immune to Fire Eggs. He does however, take extra damage from Ice Eggs and Grenade Eggs.

Upon defeat, Old King Coal lends Banjo and Kazooie usage of his train, as well as a shiny, golden Jiggy. He speaks on behalf of Chuffy and will even drive the train to them if called from another train station.

December 2008

Gobi the Camel by the Acient Door that leads to the Blue Mystery Egg's Tomb (not in site from this angle).

Gobi is a camel, found first in own world, Gobi's Valley then in Click Clock Wood (summer and autumn) where he announces that he is going to the lava world, which was meant to be Mount Fire Eyes. In Gobi's Valley, near the matching floor mini-game, there is a flying carpet that goes to an island where you could free Gobi and get a Jiggy, then beak bust his back near the entrance to water Trunker, and finally beak bust his back in the alcove near Jinxy for an extra honeycomb piece. In Click Clock Wood, Banjo would beak bust his back in summer and fall to water the huge plant near the Bigbutt. After being hit with a beak buster so many times, he will have had enough and runaway.

In Banjo-Tooie he was seen in Witchyworld in the Cave of Horrors, in a cage marked "Ancient Bearded Camel". If you freed him there, he would be seen in Hailfire Peaks at the lava side's train station where you would beak bust his back for the last time to cool down Chuffy.

In Banjo-Pilot, he makes a cameo appearance in the Gobi's Valley track.

Gobi does not physically appear in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, but he does appear as one of L.O.G.'s premade vehicles, as the "L.O.G. Gobi" and the "L.O.G. Aqua Gobi", 2 vehicles that resemble camels.

GJ Mobile

I took the Trolley and added a large tray, with some body around the tray, folding wings, 2 large folding proppelers (1 on top, other on front), every single engine/fuel tank/ammo i can find, an egg gun, Weldar's Breath, a grenade gun, a Freezeezy, a Clockwork Kazooie, a Boot-In-A-Box, 2 Fulgore's Fists, some spikes, 4 large passenger seats, a super seat, 8 floaters, a vaccum, a sticky ball, a smoke sphere, a citrus slick, 2 sails, 6 large propelers (on back), a liquid squirter squirter, a suck 'n' blow, 4 super wheels (each at corner), an aerial, a chameleon, an ejector seat, 2 gyroscopes, spec-o-spy, horn, 2 replenishers, 3 robofix, self-destuct, 8 spoilers, 2 spotlights, 10 springs, an energy sheild, 18 balloons, an e.m.p., a laser, 2 Mumbo-Bombos (on top of spotlights), a rust bin, a torpedile, 2 cruisin lights, 4 mirrors, a papery pal, a plant pot, a spirit o pants, a stereo, 2 tag plates, & 2 windscreens! It's all blue.

GJ Racer

Just a race car with spec-o-spy, an egg gun, and a gyroscope. It's red, green, and blue.

GJ Copter

Just a helicopter with large folding proppelers, an egg gun, and spec-o-spy. It's yellow and black.

GJ Boat

Just a boat with floaters, an egg gun, and spec-o-spy. It's brown and black.

GJ Plane

Just a plane with folding wings, spec-o-spy, and an egg gun. It's yellow and black.

SNS Seeker

I will create the best SNS Seeker ever! And when i find SNS on the arcade version, i'll proadly use those items on this vehicle (Beacon, Disco Ball, Flag x2, Fluffy Dice, Goldfish, Googly Eyes, & Mole-on-a-Pole). Then, i'll go and show off!
