The LUNCHABLES "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts" Aerial Challenge, commonly known as simply Aerial Challenge, is a 2008 flash game made by Lunchables to promote Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. In the game, the player first builds a vehicle with some of the preset choices given, or let Banjo and Kazooie choose a random one instead, and then must fly with said vehicle as high as possible, while avoiding obstacles and walls.

The player first starts in the living room of a building resembling a Jinjo House, then goes to its kitchen, a child's room and lastly, the attic of the building. After going through the chimney, the player flies through the sky until they reach space. Along the way, if the duo touches a Lunchables-branded item, their health will regenerate by a small amount, allowing them to take more hits.

Unusually, the game features vehicle parts that are not found in the actual game, as well as an early design of the Egg Launcher, the Citrus Slick, the Horn, and the Flag. While the Lunchables Challenge exclusive parts may have been specifically made for the promotional game (distinguished by them artistically being constructed from vector art, while the real parts have 3D art) there also lies an exclusive "Umbrella" object that has 3D art but lies nowhere in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, not even as an unused part.
