Jiggywikki:Overhaul 2025

It's March/April 2025 and Jiggywikki has basically no policies or culture that aren't copied from elsewhere. It's time to fix that. There wasn't a huge amount of turnout for discussing the need to do this, but since the wiki is fairly small in userbase anyway, that's good enough.

Part 1: What to keep

We've got a lot of cruft in the policy/guideline/help/etc namespaces. Let's decide what we actually need, what we want to toss, and what needs kept but put through the wringer.

Part 2: Correctifications

Once part 1 is done, we'll most likely have some pages that we chose to keep but need major updates. That will happen here.

Part 3: Fill in the blanks

Once part 2 is done, we should have a good idea of what policies we are lacking completely. That will happen here.

Part 4: Cleanup

If there's anything missing from the above, it'll happen here.
