Pawno is the resident pawnbroker of Jolly Roger's Lagoon. He is somewhat sly and uses a crutch to support his peg leg, the origin of which is never fully elaborated upon. When Banjo and Kazooie first meet him in Banjo-Tooie, he offers the duo a Jiggy for twenty doubloons and a Cheato page for five.
