Project Dream is a Canadian version of Banjo-Kazooie. The title in English in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia is Banjo-Kazooie. A French version in Quebec is called Reve de projet.

English
- Banjo - a heroic and adventurous 10 and a half year old bear who wears yellow shorts and a blue backpack with a Rareware logo on it.
- Kazooie - a young and eager 3 and a half year old breegull with red feathers and is able to Talon Trot Banjo anywhere steep that Banjo can't go on his own.
- Tooty - Banjo's small 8 and a half year old sister with a red shirt with a star and purple pants.
- Bottles - a 12 and a half year old mole who has Mrs. Bottles, Goggles, Speccy and Jamjars.
- Edison, dopey dog, rabbit and Ella only appear in Reve de projet.
