The Toxic Gas Cave is an area in the world, Glitter Gulch Mine, in Banjo-Tooie. Banjo and Kazooie will slowly lose air while in this area. It is not to be confused with Canary Cave, where Canary Mary is trapped. The Toxic Gas Cave is located near the waterfall and contains a Jinjo and a signpost from Jamjars, telling Banjo that "Anything that goes through the grinders will come out in pieces, including Jiggies". This refers to the Jiggy that is obtained by using Mumbo to grind up the boulder located in front of the Crushing Shed.
Trivia
- Toxic Gas Cave is similar to the Cheese Wedge in Cloud Cuckooland as they are both non-underwater areas where Banjo and Kazooie can lose air in.
