The Stilt Stride is learned from Bottles in Bubblegloop Swamp just behind the world's exit pad.
This ability is activated simply by touching a pair of green Wading Boots and it allows Kazooie to wade through hazardous terrain like piranha-infested waters and superheated sand while she carries Banjo around on her back, similar to the Talon Trot.
