Glowbos are collectibles found in Banjo-Tooie. They are small, pink, magical creatures which give Humba Wumba and Mumbo Jumbo their powers. There are 2 glowbos per world, one for each shaman. Luckly, the Glowbos are always close to Humba Wumba's tent or Mumbo Jumbo's skull. There is also one Mega Glowbo hidden in Isle o' Hags which the Humba Wumba outside the Witchyworld entrance needs for her super-special transformation: Dragon Kazooie.

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, a Jinjo says they were walking on the volcano in Nutty Acres, when he accidenly kicked him into a pool. He asks Banjo to go get it. (NOTE: The glowbo doesn't move)
