Template:Infobox small world area Atlantis is an ancient undersea complex found far beneath the depths of Jolly Roger's Lagoon.
Throughout the zone, there are 4 mermaid statues, an electric eel's lair, a seaweed sanctuary, ancient swimming baths and a piranha-infested temple of the fishes where Chris P. Bacon is. A school of fish including a Swellbelly and Seemee swim throughout the area. There is also a tunnel that leads to Humba Wumba's Wigwam and a Glowbo hidden in a hole underneath a pillar. Also, there is a Warp Pad in this place.

Trivia
- The theme for Atlantis was going to be in either Banjo-Kazooie or Project Dream. The original version of the music track featured a variation that wasn't used in the final version.
- This name and that place are a reference to a underwater city called Atlantis.
- The mermaid model used for the statues is the same used for the eponymous Mermaid featured in Donkey Kong 64, another of Rare's titles.
