Glowbos are collectibles found in Banjo-Tooie. They are small, pink, magical creatures which give Humba Wumba and Mumbo Jumbo their powers. There are 2 glowbos per world, one for each shaman. There is also one Mega Glowbo hidden in Isle o' Hags which the Humba Wumba outside the Witchyworld entrance needs for her super-special transformation: Dragon Kazooie.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, a Jinjo says they were walking on the volcano in Nutty Acres, when he accidenly kicked him into a pool. He asks Banjo to go get it. (NOTE: The glowbo doesn't move)
