A Ripper sneaking up on Banjo

Rippers are mildly common enemies native to Mad Monster Mansion, but a few can also be found at the entrance to said world at Gruntilda's Lair. Rippers camouflage themselves, posing among the other normal gravestones while sitting perfectly still, patiently waiting for Banjo and Kazooie to pass by before popping up to attack them in ambush.

Being made of stone, Rippers are very strong and take multiple hits to defeat. While Rippers are quite strong if taken head-on, if attacked from the back with the Rat-a-tat Rap ability, they can be defeated much easier and quicker, being smashed in just a single hit.

The Rippers in Mad Monster Mansion, are somewhat smaller than the ones outside the world's entrance.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

Simplistic, rudimentary replicas of Rippers appear as decorations in Banjoland. Several appear on display in a makeshift graveyard in front to Mad Monster exhibit.

They are bolted down to the ground, however Kazooie can take control of their arms by using Mumbo's Wrench and spin them around. Template:BKEnemies
