Mum-mums are mummified enemies found in Gobi's Valley. These walking creatures will moan when they see Banjo and will chase after him. They can be knocked down with most any attack easily enough, but the only way to kill them for good is to use Kazooie's Wonderwing ability.
As a rule of thumb, Mum-mums will not yield Honeycombs if they are killed while incapacitated.
