Salty Joe is a red fox who serves fries in Witchyworld in Banjo-Tooie. In order to access his stand, one must hit the switch behind his stand. Although he is not as disgusting as Big Al, he hates guests, since they "want everything". He can be seen sneezing on his fries, then wipeing his nose. He will return in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts and is expected to be an officer of the Showdown Town Police.
