Merry Maggie Malpass

Merry Maggie Malpass is Jolly Roger's partner at his shop. In the events prior to the game, she is eaten by a giant fish. Banjo and Kazooie must venture into Jolly Roger's Lagoon and swim inside the fish and rescue her. Upon rescue, she will flee back to Jolly's shop and Banjo is rewarded with a Jiggy. After the rescue, she can be found in the shop behind the counter, brushing her hair.
Trivia
- She was named Malpass after Steve Malpass, a Rareware member who later went on to voice the character Fox McCloud in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Star Fox Adventures.
- Merry Maggie Malpass has an oddly low voice for a female. Due to this, there is speculation that she may actually be a guy in drag. Also, she appars to have no "chest", which is strange, seeing as how every other female appearing in the game has one, this is another fact leading to the idea that she is a he, and that both Maggie and Jolly are homosexual.
