Tooty is Banjo's adorable younger sister. She's chubby with blonde hair tied up in pigtails. So far, she has only appeared in Banjo-Kazooie but she made a cameo in Banjo-Tooie on a milk carton. There is also a picture of her in Banjo's house. In a beta version of the game, this picture contained Donkey Kong instead. Her name was supposedly to be Piccolo because this is the instrument she plays, like Banjo playing the banjo and Kazooie playing the kazooie. Piccolo was supposed to be Banjo's girlfriend, not sister. She is hinted to appear in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, along with Brentilda, Topper, Bawl, Quarrie, and/or Colliwobble
In Banjo-Kazooie, she was the target of Gruntilda, who kidnapped her due to envy of her beauty. Banjo and Kazooie set out to rescue her before Grunty was able to swap looks with her.
