Inky is an evil octopus species found in Jolly Roger's Lagoon, in several narrow underwater tunnels. They stay in one spot and block the paths leading from one place to another, attempting to whack Banjo with their many tentacles. They cannot be killed, but can be frozen with an Ice Egg in the face or by using the Submarine's sonar attack.
Alternatively, just speed through using Kazooie's Talon Torpedo, and activate the Warp Pad on the other side.
