Frazzles are electric eels that lurk in ancient watery areas. While they are dangerous in that getting close is a bad idea, they generally mind their own business and don't actively attack anyone. They can be removed with Eggs of various types. They appear in Jolly Roger's Lagoon's Electric Eel Lair and in Terrydactyland's River Passage. Also, they only hurt you when you're swimming underwater.
