Candle Banjo is the transformation found in Bad Magic Bayou. It has the ability to illuminate dark areas and can also light fuses and wicks. As an attack, Banjo can do a fiery somersault. If Candle Banjo enters water, he dies. Also when you first enter the Bad Magic Bayou, this is the only way to beat the green spookos.
