Bottles' Revenge is an unused game mode in Banjo-Tooie, which can only be accessed by using a cheating device.
The mode entails Bottles' ghost adopting a devilish appearance, colloquially referred to as Devil Bottles, and allowing a second player to take control of a nearby enemy and use it to antagonize Player 1. Sparkles appear above controllable enemies that are within range. If multiple controllable enemies are in range, player 2 can use the R button to switch between them. If an enemy controlled by Devil Bottles successfully defeats Banjo, control of Banjo is handed to player 2, and player 1 is given control of Devil Bottles. If Banjo enters a boss fight, Devil Bottles will disappear until the fight is over.
This mode was removed entirely from the Xbox Live Arcade port of Banjo-Tooie.
