I've played the game about 5-7 times and Mingy has ''always'' been in the blue one and Mumbo has ''always'' been in the red one. I've even entered Mumbo's skull first. Unless it's random, and I've always just coincidentally gotten the same results, I think it's always the same skull that Mingy appears in.
