Nintendo has kept Rareware icons such as [[mariowiki:Donkey Kong|Donkey Kong]], from the ''Donkey Kong Country'' series, and {{wp|Star Fox}}, from {{wp|Star Fox Adventures}}. Nintendo's mascot is Mario from their long-running video game series ''Super Mario'', which has become one of Nintendo's many collective mascots.
