Snorkel is a dolphin that is trapped under the anchor of The Rusty Bucket in Rusty Bucket Bay. Banjo must swim into the boat via the hole the anchor comes out, leading into The Anchor Room, defeat 5 Grille Chompas in a hallway, defeat 2 Grublin Seamen, and then press an anchor switch to raise the anchor. The player would swim back out of the boat and to where Snorkel was to obtain a Jiggy. Strangely enough, after raising the anchor, Snorkel swims away; however, since the Rusty Bucket is in a closed harbour, it is unknown where Snorkel could have gone.
