Napper is a green ghost that appears to be a large Tee-Hee, found in Mad Monster Mansion. He was entrusted by Gruntilda to keep a Jiggy from Banjo and Kazooie. He is transparent when he is asleep but opaque when awake. He is a light sleeper; just the slightest creak in the floorboards will wake him up. To get the Jiggy, you must enter the Mansion from the chimney on the roof and hop from the fireplace to the chairs to the table without stepping on the floor and walk through him. Obtaining the jiggy wil cause him to flee from Gruntilda's boot. Napper also bears a resemblance to that of Slimer, a green ghost from Ghostbusters.
