Honeycombs can be mostly obtained from defeating a enemy or defeating a Beehive for multiple honeycombs. Banjo can increase his capacity by collecting Extra Honeycombs.
Honeycombs appeared in Nuts & Bolts at the end in [Lord Of Games[LOG]]'s challenge in Spiral Mountain, but not as recovery items, but as fetch items.
