The Code Room is located in Mayahem Temple. This is where all the Cheat Codes in Banjo-Tooie are entered. Mumbo must cast the summon spell on the Golden Goliath to kick the door blocking the passage to the code room or you can just throw a grenade egg there, but you'll have to go to Pine Grove to learn how to use them first.
