Merry Maggie Malpass is Jolly's partner at his shop. She is eaten by a giant fish and Banjo must rescue her. While in the shop, she is usually found behind the counter, brushing her hair.
Trivia
- She was named Malpass after Steve Malpass, a Rareware member who later went on to voice the character Fox McCloud in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Star Fox Adventures.
- There have been speculations as to Merry "Maggie" actually being male, further proving that Jolly himself is gay. For one thing, Maggie speaks in a very low tone, and mentions (while in the giant fish) that she/he will need to give Jolly some relief during "Happy Hour".
