How do we know that Showdown Town is part of the Isle o' Hags? I always got the impression that it was just kind of a dimensional hub created by L.O.G. specifically to house his video game factory, from which you could travel to any location in any video game you want - namely, Spiral Mountain at the end of the game. I doubt that Showdown Town is on the Isle O' Hags. Whether it's simply somewhere else on the same continent is another question. My opinion is that L.O.G. moved his factory to Showdown Town so he could oversee the BK vs. Grunty challenge without having to go to his "home world" to make games, although it's not too farfetched that the whole thing is a creation. Does it really look like the health icon?
I think, if you turn your head to the right, it looks like Grunty. Terrydactyland is the eye. Also, I agree the Showdown Town is not here. Due to the fact that you have to warp to Spiral Mountain (whereas, in other games you had to walk)
