Captain Blackeye is a character found in Jolly's Tavern at Jolly Roger's Lagoon in Banjo-Tooie.
Captain Blackeye was also meant to appear in Banjo-Kazooie's first version, Project Dream. He was expected to be the main antagonist in the game but it was never released after problems. In Banjo-Tooie he commonly recites the words "Once, I had a dream...". This may be a reference to the game.
